Mysuru: SWR general manager P Ananth tasted drinking water at Chamarajanagar railway station to check its quality and ensure passengers have safe drinking water. He inspected ongoing development work under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme at Chamarajanagar, Sakleshpur, Subramanya Road, and Chikkamagaluru stations in Mysuru Division.His decision to personally check the water reflected the importance he placed on passenger safety and basic amenities, rather than relying solely on official reports.At Chamarajanagar, he also assessed other passenger amenities and stressed the need for quality facilities for railway users. Mysuru divisional railway manager Mudit Mittal accompanied him.
