Prayagraj: Kaushambi police have busted an inter-district racket duping people using Telegram App, and have arrested four key operatives including Adarsh Mishra, Punit Shukla alias Anurag, Satyam and Nikhil Singh, all residents of Sitapur and seized 6 mobiles, 6 ATM cards, Rs 15000 cash and one cheque book from their possession.Police said the accused lured people with false promises and ran multiple Telegram accounts. Over 16 people have been cheated so far, investigation revealed.
