Sinha was appointed as acting director of Rims in June
Ranchi: The health, family welfare and medical education department on Monday extended the tenure of acting director of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (Rims) Dr Dipendra Kumar Sinha by another six months. In June, govt notified Sinha as the acting director of Rims after his predecessor Dr Raj Kumar resigned from the post. “Following Dr Sinha’s retirement on Oct 31, his tenure has been extended for six months till April 30 next year or until further notice, starting from Nov 1,” the department stated in a notification on Monday.
