Bengaluru: Even before Deepavali festivities officially began today, eye hospitals in Bengaluru have started reporting cracker-related injuries. Minto Ophthalmic Hospital has reported its first case of the season — a six-year-old boy who sustained a grievous eye injury while watching a bijli cracker being burst on Friday (Nov 6).The boy was diagnosed with a grade-two chemical injury to his right eye.
