When they pulled Sharma out, they allegedly found him under the influence of alcohol and handed him over to the police.Vastrapur police recovered a half-filled liquor bottle from the car. A case has been registered against Sharma for drunk driving and possession of liquor, and he has been arrested.Inspector A B Mori of A-Division traffic police said that the victim did not file any complaint of hitting his vehicle in a drunk state. When a team of traffic police reached the victim’s home in Gurukul, it was found locked.
