Patna: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) on Friday announced the results of the 71st Combined Main Competitive Examination with 3,392 candidates qualifying for the next stage of the selection process — the interview.The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,298 vacancies across various departments of the Bihar govt. The preliminary examination was conducted on Sept 13, 2025, at 912 centres across 37 districts, with over 31 lakh candidates appearing for it.The Commission will soon release the detailed interview schedule on its official website. The final selection will be based on candidates’ combined performance and marks obtained in the main examination and the subsequent interview.
