Kolkata: The Calcutta HC asked the fire department to decide within two weeks whether or not to allow nine business establishments to return to their Free School Street address, where a fire on Aug 19 claimed nine lives. The HC on Nov 2 allowed the establishments, along with police and fire officers, to enter the premises from Nov 5 to Nov 7 to inspect goods that could be salvaged. T
