Pune: Metro Pink Line commuters were able to book tickets from the app without many hiccups on the first day of public operations on the new corridor on Wednesday, barring some technical problems related to updating the already downloaded apps.Commuters said the systems at ticket counters and kiosks were largely functional. Passengers still cannot buy physical Pink Line tickets directly from ticket counters at stations on the two old Metro routes.
