Nagpur: The city police invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against a gang that murdered Pawan Suryawanshi (18) at Manewada crematorium in July.Hudkeshwar police had registered a case against 12 gang members and three juveniles. Ten accused were arrested and are in jail, while two remain absconding.
