Ranchi: Revenue sub-inspector Lakshmi Kant Munda (35), posted at the Argora circle office, was murdered at his home in Jorar village under Namkum police station limits on Saturday, police said. Teams, including personnel from the forensic science laboratory and technical wing, carried out investigations. Prima facie, it appears that the assailants entered through the front door and hit Munda with a rod. DSP Amar Pandey said, “Police are probing the case from all angles. The motive is being investigated.”
