Hubballi: A free eye check-up and treatment camp for the public will be held from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, Oct 17, at Lions Medical Centre in Horkeri Oni, Lions Club International’s Mukund Ambekar said on Friday.Experienced ophthalmologists will conduct comprehensive eye screenings. Services will include identifying patients for cataract surgery, detecting and providing expert consultation for conditions such as retinopathy and glaucoma, and free blood tests and other essential diagnostic screenings.The camp is being jointly organised by Lions Club International District 317B, Hubli Maternity and Child Welfare Association, SGF & RF Trust, MM Joshi Eye Institute Hubballi and Hubli Lions.The initiative is being organised under the guidance and leadership of Lions District governor PMJF Lion Rajashekhar Hiremath.
